Dominic Bächlin

Dominic Bächlin is Lead Agile Master Chapter at AXA. A software developer by training, he held roles in project management and as Scrum Master. He currently works as an Agile Coach at AXA, and has supported their agile transformation program since 2015.


Joana Breidenbach

Dr. Joana Breidenbach holds a PhD in cultural anthropology and is co-founder of betterplace.org, Germany’s largest donation platform. In 2010, she founded the betterplace lab, a think tank researching the use of digital technologies for the common good. The betterplace lab has evolved from a hierarchical organisation to one that is radically self-managed. Hence, Joana describes herself today as the „Godmother“ of the lab, and now inspires other individuals and organizations on their journey to develop the personal competencies that we need to succeed in creating meaningful innovations together.


Vera Calenbuhr

Dr. Vera Calenbuhr holds a diploma in chemistry from the University of Cologne and a PhD in Natural Sciences from the Free University Brussels. In her academic career, she modeled and simulated behavior of complex systems and self-organization. Today, she supports organizations in managing the transformation towards more sustainable practices using methods from system dynamics. She is a co-founder of the consultancy network Now.New.Next and has her own sustainability consultancy BlueMarble. Amongst others, she has led the dialogue at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) on complex system research activities in support of European policies and has advised national governments, private companies and NGOs on sustainability and complexity. Dr. Calenbuhr teaches at the University of Basel on environmental policy and the economic perspective of sustainable development.


Moritz Delbrück

Moritz Delbrück is a serial entrepreneur, business angel and advisor from Cologne, Germany. His current focus is on building his latest firm “HD Solutions”, a Company Builder as a Service for business models that solve serious problems in regulated industries like insurance, health or legal services. Prior to this, Moritz co-founded and/or supported more than 20 startups, e.g. HelloLaw, FundingCircle, DailyDeal and “Europe’s craziest tech-conference” PirateSummit. Moritz primarily became an entrepreneur because he was annoyed by the little practical impact of Corporate Governance, Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability which he studied originally. His first startup “concern” evolved out of his doctoral thesis on Corporate Responsibility (which he never never finished, but the firm still exists).


János Heé

Dr. János Heé is CEO of Zimmerli of Switzerland. He is leading the digital transformation of the manufacturer that produces luxury fashion handmade in Switzerland. Prior to this role, he was VP Global Head of Growth – Digital Portfolio at Adecco, Chief Digital Officer at Sunrise, with whom he won the Swiss Digital Transformation Award 2017, and Head of E-commerce at Swiss International Air Lines. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen.


Michael Hengartner

Dr. Michael Hengartner is President of the ETH Board, the body that is responsible for the strategic management of the six institutions in the ETH Domain (ETH Zurich, EPFL, and the four research institutes: PSI, WSL, EMPA and EAWAG). In this function, he represents the interests of the ETH Domain towards the federal government, industry, and society. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Kudelski Group. Until January 2020 he was President of the University of Zurich, where he was a professor of molecular biology for 19 years. During his time as a researcher, he co-founded two companies: Devgen (Euronext Brussels: DEVG) and evalueSCIENCE AG. He holds a PhD in biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).


Anna Luca Heimann

Dr. Anna Luca Heimann holds a PhD in Psychology and is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Zurich specializing in leadership assessment and training. She works on adaptive leadership and tests training programs to improve leadership skills. She also is an auditor for assessment center certifications in cooperation with Swiss Assessment and SQS.


Jonas Jankus

Jonas Jankus is Head of People at Honestly and was previously lead talent manager at Justix. In his work, he focuses on creating and nourishing a workplace context that focuses on co-creation as a team effort driven by a shared sense of purpose. With a background in work and organizational psychology, he also was a lecturer at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences on employee selection and economic psychology.


Paul Jokiel

Dr. Paul Jokiel is Vice President Human Resources and Global HRBP for the Global Logistics function and supports the Hilti Family Trusts in all HR related topics. He is also responsible for all Facilities and HSE at Headquarters at Hilti. After a PhD in Materials Science, he held positions in Research and Development, Project Management and Sales and Marketing, working in North America and Germany, before he transitioned into human resources at Hilti Group 16 years ago. There he enables leaders to lead their teams “by Hand, Head and Heart”, and supports talents of all generations in their career development.



Katherin Kirschenmann

Katherin Kirschenmann is Founder and Chief Program Officer at The DO School. She is an international speaker, executive facilitator and TV host with Deutsche Welle. She founded the DO School after gaining 10 years of experience in consulting, the inter-governmental and non-profit sectors – exploring the most meaningful and impactful ways to create more just and sustainable economies. From international development aid and the UN system to large corporations and consulting, she has worked in both the public and private sector to provide hands-on guidance for grassroots NGOs in Nicaragua and the Philippines.


Iana Kouris

Dr. Iana Kouris is an Associate Director at BCG Platinion. She leads the Design & Engineering Team based in Germany. She connects human-centered design with her management experience and her passion for innovation and technology. She is a serial corporate entrepreneur (set up 5+ new organizations) with 13+ years of experience in leadership roles spanning business, design and technology. Before her current role, she was leading Transfomation by Design at Nokia and prior to that was driving Business Operations and Executive Customer Engagement at Nokia. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management and further degrees in Mathematics, Philosophy & Economics, Fine Arts and Music.


Arne Reis

Arne Reis is an agile coach and transformation facilitator who designs and develops agile organizations that prioritize collaboration and accountability, working with teams and organizations to take full ownership for their decisions in times of increasing complexity. Previously, he was senior consultant and Head of HR at HRpepper Management Consultants. He also was Co-Director Training, Facilitation and Coaching at Euforia, and Change Management Consultant and Trainer at Deutsche Telekom. His background is in International Business and Economics.


Niels Rot

Niels Rot co-founded the Impact Hub Zurich. There he co-created a space where entrepreneurs and social innovators come together to realize their ideas for a sustainable society. In the same spirit, Niels today is working at the scaling of strategic programs at Climate KIC, the EU’s climate innovation initiative. Niels has a background in economics and serves as a board member at STRIDE – the unSchool for Collaborative Leadership.
